Well time to let the you know about the 2010 5th annual Rendezvous it will happen February 15th -19th in Stanton Arizona.
The day after the Phoenix G.P.A.A show This year like every other year We will have lots of Guest Speakers.
Who can come ?
All the State Directors & Current Chapter Elected Officials are invited to come.
This year any chapter that has three or more elected board officials will get a special incentive from the GPAA office to encourage your attendance. Please update your board member list with the main office before February 1st 2010 to insure your chapters recognition.
This is for all State Directors and Chapter Board Members. All elected officers--Presidents, Vice Presidents, Secretaries, Treasurers,
Claims Committee Chairman or any other elected posts that are on file in the main GPAA office, membership must be current at time of event.
Please e-mail how many will be coming from the Chapter and their current GPAA number, and position in Chapter .. We need to get an accurate
count so we can get the camp ready. Please respond by February 1st 2010

We have finished the crew house on Boot Hill and have it available on a limited bases. All we ask is for a donation to the camp. Please e-mail the address below to reserve your place if you are interested.
Wells Fargo building was NEARLYfinished last year and will be using it for the seminars as planned.
Any chapter that has any building materials of any type to donate will be used in the restoration of Stanton.
If you have any hand or power tools, please bring them to help with the progress.
There will live demo's from the vendors daily
Again this outing NuggetBrain will have some special events for all to try so bring your detectors and get ready to laugh and have fun!
This outing will be held at the Lost Dutchman's mining camp located at Stanton Arizona and we have a few rules to follow.
1. Everybody has to have FUN!!
2. Only Registered State Directors or Elected Chapter members are going to be allowed. You must be on file in the main office (GPAA) to attend by February 1st 2010.
3. if you want electric or water hookups you will have to pay the cost is minimal $5-$8. (If available) The electric hookups are first come first serve,
no reservations needed OR ACCEPTED first come first serve.
Dry camping is FREE ( No hookups)
4. Check in time will be 8 a.m. Monday morning.
5. Check out time will be 10 a.m. Saturday morning.
6. The showers have hot water if needed.
7. This is for current Chapter Officers and State Directors and their spouses
This year We are going to be showing ways to build the Chapters and how to have FUN building the Chapters!!
Please Bring Your metal detectors and Gold pans.
If your Chapter has fun ways to build your Chapters PLEASE feel free to show it off!!
Again we will have breakfast and dinner available
breakfast is $4.00 and dinner is $6.OO .
Last few Years was a big hit for all and You do not have to cook! but you need to provide your own lunches.
As in the past we will have many vendors who support the outing in more ways than one! So lets show our support to them.

Friday will be the GRAND giveaway But you must be there for the week in order to win! And only the registered board members
will be able to partake in prizes.
This Year we will have some great prizes to give away as in the past.
