If you are willing to drive to San Bernardino County there is a large area open North of Barstow. Check out the BLM site for specifics. The area known as Stoddard Valley is open for shotguns only. This covers the area that the clubs claims are located. Two of us have talked to an BLM Ranger and was told a different view of the gun laws so...... I think if I was you, print the BLM map and carry it along with you.

I know of a great spot near your relitives in Canyon Lake, wana go?

Call me we can talk. Bring some friends if you want, it's a perfectly safe, and legal spot.

Gas,food and beer nearby, plus a good camp spot if you want. That new 4x4 shoud serve you well.
